- What are your hours?

Generally I photograph between 10:00 am and 3:00pm. Appointments outside of these times are available upon request. Twilight photography is also available upon request.
- What areas do we cover?

Our service area is the greater Montgomery area including Wetumpka, Pike Road, Deatsville, Millbrook, Elmore and Prattville. Birmingham and Auburn. Please contact me if you are outside of these areas prior to booking.
- How much notice is needed to book?

We request at least a 24 hour notice for scheduling. Outside of this time frame please contact us.
- What payment options do you accept?

Payments can be made by Credit card, PayPal, Venmo and cash. Personal check are not accepted at this time. All payments must be received in full at time of booking. If payment isn’t received prior to your scheduled date, appointment will be cancelled. Cash transactions must be paid before images will be released.
- How long will it take to receive my images?

We have a 48 hour turn around policy. Same day rush deliveries can be provided as an extra charge.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be 24 hours prior to shoot time and date. If cancelled less then 24 hours before shoot time and date, no refund will be issued.
- Do you charge for milage?

Yes, we charge for milage. the Milage rate will be calculated from my office (36022) to your destination. The rate is 58.5 cents/mile. This is the standard rate set by the IRS every year.
- When will I receive my images?

Your images will be done within 48 hours of your appointment. You will be notified when they are ready. Images will be sent out ONLY AFTER payment has been recieved.
